According to the surveys that have been completed thus far in my group, 47% of surveyors are familiar with this term, and 100% of those familiar with the word use to original definition from 2006. 17.6% of surveyors use the term as Geneseo students, and 0% of students believe the term is specific to Geneseo life.(Birkby, A-F, 2012)

Based on survey results, 20% of participants could define the word, 40% of participants were familiar with the word, and 40% of participants had no idea what the word meant. These results indicated that the word is not obsolete, but it is not used very often (M Gillanders, A-F, 2019).
