Although this was marked obsolete, several students responded to our surveys by defining noodle as "a reference to the frat sig nu." Although this definition did not score high enough on the Likert scale in our surveys, it is worth noting for future reference that this may be a possible slang word that is still on the rise. (B. 50% of students tested in interviews associated the term with the fraternity Sig Nu as in, "Sig Noodle," and the word "Noodle" with a member of the fraternity. (Toran, N-R, 2015)
