The Idle Hour

n. A bar on Center Street of Geneseo that is a common hangout spot of students and townies for drinks, appetizers, live music, pool, darts, and events such as trivia. Of those surveyed, there were evenly mixed results on the 1-3 point scale with 38% being not familiar with it, 31% were somewhat fimilar, and 31% were very familiar. Other names it goes by according to SUNY Geneseo students include Idle, The Idle, and Idle Hour. (Smith, S-Z, 2024)
