(adj) 1. Used to describe someone who is considered to be boring, uninteresting, or lacking energy. It can also be used to describe someone who is moody or unpleasant to be around.Example: "I hope you don’t bring Tiffany to the dinner, she’s such a wet rag." (Stewart, S-Z, 2023)

According to the surveys, 41% of participants knew of this term and 59% have never heard of this term. Although some students tend to use this term depending on situations, it’s evident that this isn’t a popular phrase that is used by students on campus. (Stewart, S-Z, 2023)
