To be more specific, it’s water filtration device generally used to smoke cannabis noted for the distinctive bubbling sound made by use. The cannabis is lit on a stem pipe, which is joined to the mouthpiece. Filtered smoke travels through the water, creating a smoother smoking experience. J.Boselli, 2012
