Noun 1. One who works in Erwin Hall, often an administrator; used pejoratively: "I got a letter from the Dean the other day about my unacceptable conduct. Now I have to go and deal with all theerwinheads." - and neutrally; "When I was reading in the quad yesterday afternoon, I saw all the erwinheads leaving to go to lunch."
